The Laguna Coachworks Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster Upgrade is designed for CJ7, CJ8, and YJ platforms, delivering the stopping power and pedal control that factory systems simply cannot provide—especially when running larger tires.

This conversion replaces the original single-diaphragm booster with a properly matched dual-diaphragm system, significantly increasing braking assist while maintaining a controlled, predictable pedal feel. The result is immediate response at the top of pedal travel, with the ability to apply full braking force when needed—whether on the trail or at highway speeds.

Engineered as a complete, bolt-in solution, this system installs cleanly in place of the factory components—even on fuel-injected setups. The mounting system is designed for proper geometry and alignment, ensuring consistent performance without the need for modification or guesswork.

Installation is straightforward: remove the factory components, install the Laguna Coachworks mounting system, connect the pedal, mount the booster and master cylinder, and route the included lines to your proportioning valve. Bleed the system, and it’s ready for use.

For optimal performance and clearance, this system pairs best with a hydraulic clutch setup (sold separately).
